0:00 Genesis three three verse twenty-four

I just wanna share a message in Genesis three three verse 24. I think about this verse all the time, and and I say to myself, where would we be right now if we never sinned? And I just... I gave this sermon to my... I teach it to my school a couple weeks back.

And, of course, my heart was pounding, but but I thought I think God was speaking to me this morning, and I think he wants me to share it to you guys. And so let's just open up in Genesis three. Now the serpent was more substilled than any beast of the field field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, yea, hath God said, ye shall not eat of any... Of every tree of the garden?

And And the the woman woman said said unto unto the the serpent, serpent, we may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden, but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, ye shall not surely die, for God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods knowing good and evil. Wait. Hold on. Yeah.

Your eyes shall be opened and... Yeah. And when this... When the woman saw that the tree was good for food and that it was pleasant to the eyes and the tree desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof and did eat and gave also unto her husband with her and he did eat. In the eyes of them, both were opened, and they knew that they they were naked, and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves aprons.

And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden. And the Lord lord god called unto Adam and said unto him, where art thou? And he said, I heard the voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked, and I hid myself. And he said, who told who told thee that thou was naked? Has thou eaten of the tree whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?

3:12 The man said, the woman whom you gave

Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conceptions and sorrow. Thou shall bring forth children, and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. And unto Adam, he said, because of thou hast hast eaten unto... Heard unto the voice of thy wife and hast eaten of the tree of which I commanded thee saying, thou shalt not eat of it. Cursed is the ground for thy sake and sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life.

Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee, and thou shall shall eat the herb of the field. In the sweat of thy face shall thou eat bread till thou return unto the ground for out of it was thou taken for dust thou art, and unto dust shall thou return. And Adam called his wife's name Eve because she was the mother of all living. Unto Adam also and to his to his wife did the lord god make coats of skins and clothe them? And the lord god said, behold, the man is be...

Is become as one of us to know good and evil, and now lest he put forth his hand and take also of the tree of of life and eat and life... And live forever. Therefore, the Lord God sent him forth from the Garden Of Eden till... To till the ground from from where he was taken. So he drove out the man, and he placed at Garden Of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword which turned every way to keep the way of the tree of life.

And I think of this verse, and and when I'm thinking of it and when I read it over a ton of times, I say, wow. Not only me, but probably everybody in this world was tempted or talked into doing something that they're not supposed to do. And because of that, we have sin in this world. And there was gonna be a time where there was no sin in the world and where nobody was gonna die. And Adam and Eve were just given a simple task not to eat from a tree, but they were talked into into, into doing it.

6:58 My grandpa, Harry Gannon

And and I said to my mom, he would be... He, for sure, would be happy how strict you were to your team this year. And, and I said, mom, I respect that of you, and not only me, but probably everybody that that, that knows you is gonna respect you of that. And I'm I'm just gonna be up here for probably about a minute longer, and I'm a big history fan, and something big in history took place in New York City twelve years ago, and I love to do a ton of research on it. And, it was that, the World Trade Centers were, caught on flames, and, Middle Eastern people got on the planes.

They, killed the pilots, and, they turned the planes around. And they said everything was gonna be okay, wasn't. And and they just took the planes, crashed them into the buildings, and and I'm doing a lot of research on this. I say, Lord, why why why why why we ever sin? Because we don't deserve to have sin in our lives, and we should never sin.

So so you guys probably know, a lot of people that worked at those buildings. My dad for sure does. And we were going home from school one day, I think it was, and we were talking about 09:11, and he said, one of my good buddies in that tower who was a businessman, he, he died during that crash. And I said, dad, I I feel really... I don't feel bad for you, but I really feel, devastated for you because, you lost a ton of people in that building.

And I think the estimate was 3,000 people who got killed and, not only because of the flames in the building, but when the towers came down, a ton of people were unconscious, and, because of the bad smoke they had, a ton of people died from that, and, but those Middle Eastern people, choose to believe Allah, and, they thought something happy was gonna be up there for them in heaven. And so they got talked in by probably Bin Laden, who... And they agreed, and they took those planes, crashed them into the World Trade Center, Center, the Pentagon, and, this place by Pittsburgh, Shanksville, Pennsylvania. And when nine eleven comes, we just have to strongly remember what happened that day. Even though it was a long time ago, we still have to remember, what took place in that day.

11:02 We have to pray for the families
