What you are looking for

What happens on a Sunday

We meet at ten for the breaking of bread, and again at 11:15 for the family Bible hour. Coffee and conversation in between.

The first hour is quiet and largely unplanned. The table at the front is set for the Lord's Supper, and the hour is given to remembering Him — a hymn given out, a passage read, a prayer, a few words. Nobody is called on, and a visitor is not expected to take any part.

The second is a straightforward message from the Bible, usually around forty minutes. You are very welcome to come to one and not the other.

What is expected of you

Nothing. There is no dress code, nothing is passed round for a collection, there is no card to fill in, and nobody will ask you to stand up or say anything.

Sit at the back if you would rather. Bring a Bible if you have one, and if you have not, there are some on the chairs.

Children are welcome in both meetings. There is nowhere separate for them to be, and nobody minds the noise.

During the week

The Wednesday prayer meeting moves between homes — please call (440) 892-1953 before coming so we can tell you where it is that week.

If you would like to speak to somebody before you come at all, ring that number or write to us. It is no trouble, and a question is not a commitment.
